This is Ace, he originally was part of an unwanted litter that ended up at an impound in 2017, they were 6 weeks old when we rescued them. They were known as the Pasta Pups and Ace was originally named Fettuccine. Fast-forward to 2024 and Ace was found running loose and taken to animal control for temporary impound until we had space on intake. Chip was scanned and trace back to Paws and claws for adoption. Animal control officers made contact with the family who was on vacation, but we're gonna be moving and did not want the dog back. We're only going to reclaim him to euthanize..? Not here to slam the original owners, just explaining the tragedy of the situation, as he has been terribly frightened and shaking in his kennel trying to figure out what is happening. Now it's been a couple weeks since his arrival and things are looking up.
