Ozzie is being fostered in Salem, WI Meet Ozzie, an energetic, approximately 3 year old, 60-pound black tricolor bob tail Australian Shepherd boy. He has the freckliest face and a never ending smile. Ozzie isn’t just handsome, he’s a happy, energetic, loving and goofy boy. Ozzie loves to be wherever the people are, whether inside or outside. He also enjoys playing with a big herding ball! He is still learning his name and other basic commands. Ozzie has quite the jumps, which makes him very athletic. Ozzie has decent house manners. He does well in his crate and sleeps in it at night. He also has his own room and has never got into anything he shouldn’t. As he is still learning his name, he should have close attention while outside. He does good walking on a leash. Ozzie would strive best in someone who is active and stimulating. Ozzie likes attention as if he’s always ready to be loved. He is ready for someone to play and be just as energetic as he is. Ozzie has been around cats, chickens and all sizes of dogs and hasn’t had any issues. He seems to just be more interested in people!He is UTD on vaccines, negative for all tick borne diseases although he came to us positive for Lyme and was treated, microchipped and neutered. He is receiving monthly prevention for fleas, ticks and heartworms. Proof of heartworm for any current or prior pets is required to adopt from our rescue.
