We currently have an Akita girl that is considered urgent and needs adoption or rescue commitment by 4/10/24 at 3pm. Here is her urgent plea: Fluffy Acuna (A854959) is such a people motivated Akita! This curly tailed gal is around 4-years old, walks great on leash although she gets excited to see her human friends and gets a little jumpy. While Acuna is enamored with people, she is not dog social and does not get along with other dogs. Toys aren’t quite her thing either because she is more focused on doing zig-zag zoomies! Once she settles, she leans in for attention and pets. Acuna needs a home where she is the one and only diva dog.
