Meet Argos. He is a sweet loving little guy who had the worst start to his life. He was tied out as a puppy and used as a watch dog for a drug house. When the police shut down the house, the woman that lived there needed fine money. She took Argos to a medical auction where they buy animals for science experiments. Since no one bid over 10 dollars for him, she couldn't sell him. The lady then tied him out with no shelter and refused to feed him. A concerned neighbor called our local networker and she went to access his condition. He had sunburn sores, full of fleas and ticks and was severely thin. She got him signed over and we pulled him. He got medical attention, tested for HW and Lime. Thankfully he was negative. And his fur is coming in so full. He is so handsome and sweet. He doesn't mind cats, gets along with other dogs. Loves people. He hasn't been around kids, but he has a great personality and we do not think he would have an issue. He is ready for his forever home. We are so thankful his destination was not a science lab.
