Ash may not be able to Catch 'Em All, but he really hopes he finds his Pikachu! Our poor sweet Ash is unfortunately a dog that truly cannot catch a break. Ash was a transfer in from another Wisconsin shelter back in 2022 after receiving little adoption interest, where he then spent over 5 months with us unable to find a home. One day his perfect human arrived - it was instantly a match made in heaven! Very sadly, Ash's storybook ending came to a crashing halt when owner unexpectedly passed away, landing Ash back in the shelter.So, this 3 ½ year old, mixed breed dude is looking for a new fun adventure buddy! Ash is energetic, loves to run, and is obsessed with his favorite toy called a flirt pole. This handsome guy with his beautiful coat & eyes is looking for a home as your only pet.But who needs another when Ash is the outgoing life of the party that always keeps everyone laughing! He's very social with people and kids, although his abundance of excitement is better suited for older children. He would like to be your only pet and will do best in a home with no other dogs or cats!**Ash is not currently being housed at the shelter and is spending some time in one of our foster homes!
