Meet Bandit, a lovable 10-month-old tan and white boxer mix with a heart full of affection and a resilient spirit. Despite his challenging start in life, Bandit's sweetness and love for people shine through. He came to the APL with a severe leg injury, and after a necessary amputation, he's now a cheerful and agile tri-pod. Bandit thrives on human companionship and is always ready to share his boundless love. While he enjoys the company of people immensely, he would do best as the only dog in the home. If you're looking for a courageous and affectionate companion, Bandit is the perfect match for you. If you are interested in adopting or meeting Bandit, fill out an application at apl-shelter.org (for adopting) or come visit in-person at the Animal Protective League, 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield. The APL is open every day from noon to 5 p.m.
