Barbenheimer is known as Shadow in our foster home. Not only because he looks like a shadow in certain light under the resident horse-dog, but also because he loves to quietly and happily shadow your every move!Shadow is a beautiful and incredibly smart pup. He has picking up on new tricks in a matter of minutes (sit and paw are his favorite). He is comfortable in the crate for the most part when needed during the day, and sleeps fully through the crate in the evening.Shadow loves taking long walks and playing in creeks and has worked on his off leash skills. He's got a lot of curiosity and will always be by your side. He's extremely gentle and loves playing with the resident cats and foster kittens, as well as holding his own in roughhousing with the resident pup.He'd love a home with an animal friend or someone who's home often enough to let him tag along as a quiet, gentle, and curious partner in life! He's working on potty training and is almost there - a little more practice in his forever home and he'll be a potty master.
