Blitz is a 6yo Husky mix, who we were told was adopted in Dec at Rock County Humane Society. Blitz didn't do well in his previous home due to being anxious with other dogs in the home, and a poor owner dynamic. Blitz is kennel trained, but needs some positive training with housebreaking, he was previously physically punished for his "accidents". Due to Blitz not having a great adoption prior to coming here we would recommend a quieter household, with lots of love and patience. He seems to enjoy children who come here to the shelter, however, due to his past we would recommend children who are older and give him space with food/toys. Blitz has been with us for 7 weeks now, and is a loveable boy! He loves his outside time and being brushed. He will hop into his kiddie pool on the few hot days we have had so far! “I come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org.
