Hi! I'm Buffy. I'm from Arkansas. From her foster: Buffy has settled in well and is so fun! She's got a little spunk but also seems to match the energy level of the room pretty well.She is of course a puppy, so plenty of bursts of energy throughout the day. We're just getting to know each other but so far she's really liking: - Belly rubs and chin scratches - those seem to be her favorite- Her crate - she's sleeping in there at night and taking brakes during the day with minimal noise- The tags on dog toys - that seems to be the best part- Tennis balls - maybe she'll be a fetcher?- Climbing on the couch - Gotta steal the resident dog's spot if he forgot to call 'savies'- Following her humans around - she loves to know what's going on all around the house- Car rides - we've taken her on a few and she seems comfortable/indifferent. The leash is new to her so she doesn't have any leash manners - good or bad - yet. She really has adjusted quickly to all the new sounds, smells, and activities during the first few days in our home. The only thing we've found that she dislikes is the vacuum - that was awfully scary for such a little lady! Potty training is a work in progress but she will get there soon. We think Buffy would do well in a home with or without another dog. She's shown interest in our resident dog but not over the top. She doesn't seem like a flight risk, she just wants to be where the action is. With that said - she did climb over our baby gate to get into the same room as us so she is a decent climber for being so little! When we picker her up she weighted about 11 lbs but of course she's growing quickly. We are unsure of cats as she hasn't met any. With proper introductions, our guess is she would be fine. She met a baby and was so gentle. We think she would do fine with any kiddos but she hasn't met any others. Let us know if we can answer any other questions about Buffy but we're looking forward to helping her find her forever home
