This handsome senior was transferred to us from the local shelter in rough shape. He had severe skin issues and eye issues. he is on the mend and looking great. Bulbasaur is still pretty spunky for 8 years old. He is as sweet as can be. He loves other dogs and people. This gentleman also knows his basic commands, sit, shake, and down.
