This beautiful young man deserves a very soft place to land. He came to us at the first of the year as a victim of being caught in a domestic abuse situation. He arrived severely emaciated weighing in at 42 pounds, shy with new people and frightened of men in particular. He has come so far in such a short time but will need patience and TLC to continue his journey back to fully trusting that life is good. Buster now weighs in at 75 pounds and is an energetic, playful youngster. He is still shy with strangers at first but once acquainted, is just the sweetest boy. His best match long term, if placed in a home with a resident dog, will be a female canine companion (spayed of course) and securely fenced yard will be required for safe outside daytime. He has lived with children of all ages and is reportedly fine with cats. If interested in adopting Buster please visit gprci.com and complete an adoption application.
