Our sweet senior Caldwell is from a partner shelter in Texas and we couldn't help but fall in love the moment we saw him! Caldwell came in pretty under the weather, but has been in relaxing and recovering in a foster home and is now ready to get adopted! Caldwell adores people and loves to be with them. He has also done well meeting other small dogs. Here is what his foster mom has to say about him: "Caldwell cracks me up. He loves to roll around in the grass and will travel the length of the yard on his back. He is very treat motivated and really wants to please his human. He does like to be with people but will settle in on a comfy chair and wait for you to come back. He isn't interested in chewing - toys or your possessions. Caldwell still thinks he is a young pup and is quite agile especially when he gets the zoomies which is so much fun to watch, or you can join in and chase him to his delight. And what a gentleman he is, if he wants to join you on the sofa he will sit at your feet and wait for an invitation."
