FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED:Say hello to Calliope! She is an energetic and playful girl who is ready for her forever home! Calliope is a Pointer/Labrador Retriever mix, she weighs around 60 lbs and is around 1 year old. Calliope is very active, and she will need a family that can keep her properly exercised. Hiking, walks/runs, and a large, securely fenced yard to run would be ideal for her. She is very sweet but can get over excited and will need continuation of basic obedience as well as leash manners and working on not jumping when excited. Because she is large and jumpy, we are recommending no small children as she could accidently knock them over. Calliope is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $450.
