Carla’s a 4yo 15lb JRT. She’s dog, cat and older dog savvy kid friendly. She’s used to pee pads so needs some work on going outside instead. She’s used to her fosters secure fenced in yard and when must go out with harness and leash she gets nervous. She came from a hoarding situation where she didn’t leave the house or have human interaction. She will need warm up time but once she trusts you she is extremely loving. Once she warms up she will want to be next to them. Carla MUST have a secure fenced in yard, another well balanced, confident dog along with people who are on board to show leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. If your home DOES NOT fit this please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone not a fit. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Carla came to Tiny Paws from a hoarding house where she was bred and had puppies. She’s spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. Currently fostered in Pottstown, PA.
