Looking for a foster to adopt home. A secure fence is a requirement and experience with scared dogs. Charlie is from a hoarding case of over 30 small dogs. He is a cute little guy. He currently does not want to be touched yet by people but is flirty. He will take treats from you and comes close to you but isn't a fan of being handled yet. He loves playing with the other dogs in the home. He knows how to use the doggie door. He will require a fenced yard. You will not be able to leash him or pick him up for a while until you have worked with him. Charlie is a work in progress. If you are interested in working with this type of dog, Charlie has a lot of potential. He will need patients and training. We are looking for a foster to adopt home for Charlie.
