Adopt Choco a Brown/Chocolate - with White Australian Kelpie / Mixed dog in

We adopted Choco from the Dumb Friends League early March. He is 4 years old. We are looking for a new home because of his medical issues that we are not able to afford. He throws up every day at least once and we have taken him to the vet. Nothing abnormal on labs and in urine or stool samples. Next step is repeat imaging (Dumb Friends League already did some). We have been giving him Cimetidine 100mg with no success as well as decreasing the amount he eats, slowing him while he eats, and spacing meals out. He was noted to have pica but we have not witnessed anything out of the ordinary with him (he has eaten underwear he was able to grab but nothing else). We hope to rehome him to someone with resources and a yard. He was previously an outside dog that was housed with a cat and another (we think) larger dog. He is very aggressive towards other dogs (pitbulls and other large breeds in particular) and is easier to handle when he sees a smaller dog. We have not seen him around cats.
