Oh hey there big overwhelming world. Well, it’s only a bit scary initially, until I’ve had time to take in the scenes and feel a bit more comfortable.I was very sheltered where I came from, and it’s taken me just a little while to feel more settled outside of my old life.Once I’m comfortable, I like to be near my person/people. Even though I like being close, hands are scary and being touched is still somewhat nerve wracking to me. Everyday I’m working on getting used to being pet and handled. I’ve been making sooooo much great progress! And now I enjoy daily pets during down time when I’m feeling snuggly. I get neck and ear scratchies that feel really nice!!!You may notice from my pictures, I like to carry things in my mouth. It’s a comfort thing.. like a woobie. It’s also an adorable thing? I guess!!?I’ve got a ton of personality, and am always cracking people up with my quirks.My ideal home will be a generally calm place. My future people will be home with me more often than not. And will provide me with patience and dedication to continue working with me to adjust to love and gentle handling.Another playful, confident dog in my forever home would be beneficial.
