This super cute pup is DC! He was a lost boy when he ended up at the shelter on 5/14. Sadly, no one has come to reclaim DC. We're surprised no one is missing him because he's sure sweet! The volunteers have enjoyed getting to know DC and they describe him as friendly, curious, and playful; all the things a puppy should be! He is also treat-motivated so he will probably learn new manners and tricks quickly! While puppies are very cute, they're also a lot of work. We don't know if DC is housetrained so please make sure you have the time, patience, and energy to commit to a puppy. DC is approximately 10 months old, and he weighs 52 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. DC is waiting in run 878; his ID # is 657648. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-XXXX. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip. When you book an apt., it does not reserve a particular pet for you.
