Meet Dodger, a 37 lb, 1 year old very friendly Cattle Dog - he's probably one of the friendliest Cattle Dogs we've ever met! If this is your breed, then Dodger will be a great fit for your family. He loves all people, kids, and dogs, but doesn't quite understand how strong he is. Dodger will need a herding dog savvy family to turn this diamond in the rough into a glowing gem through training and consistency. Dodger is looking for an active family that will provide him with training, lots of exercise, structure, and affection. Did you know that this breed excels in all dog sports including agility and rally? Plus they are great running companions, guardians, are rugged and highly athletic. He loves to play with older kids and other dogs, and would do best in a home with teens and/or a dog friend (of similar size or larger) to romp with. True to his breed, Dodger is tenacious, smart, can be mouthy, loyal, and needs a job. Dodger is a very enthusiastic boy with herding instincts that is available for foster or adoption.
