Meet Eli! This handsome hunk is almost 1 year old and a complete love bug! ASCZ thinks I am a mix of Kelpie & maybe Carolina Dog and maybe some hound! I am about 35 lbs and well, I seem to be full grown. I am housebroken. I am crate trained. I love other dogs! I take about 5 minutes to warm up to new people! I love to run & play & explore and go for walks with my people and dog friends. I am intrigued by the resident cat, not mean but I did like to chase her at first. I would probably do great with kids if given the right amount of time to get accustomed to their fast movements and louder kid ways. I live with a 12 year old now and he's cool! I am a little timid at first, but some reassurance goes a long way. I would love a new doggie sibling to play with and give me a little confidence! That would be great because I love to play. I learn quickly and I am a smart cookie and some training, practice on the leash and lots of love will do me good! I have been waiting a long time... my siblings are all adopted... not sure why no one wants me?! But, maybe saving the best for last??
