Elmer T Lee was surrendered to a rural, high volume/low resource animal control when his owner developed allergies a year into ownership. We couldn't let that be his final destination in life so we said yes! Elmer T Lee is a happy and friendly medium sized boy weighing in at 42 pounds. He's very active and high energy and will need continued work on manners but he's friendly and does know some basic commands. This happy-go-lucky boy has tons of love (and energy!) to give.
