Freddie is a blind, 11 year old Japanese Chin that joined us at NARPS after his owner sadly passed away. He lost everything… his family, his home, and his job. He takes his job being a sweetheart veryyy seriously. Freddie had spent more than a year living in a care home with senior and hospice residents. Even though he wasn’t a trained therapy dog, he still spent his time putting smiles on all of his friends faces! Freddie does well with other dogs, we do believe he would be fine in a foster home with cats and kids. If you can open your heart and home to this little lap hog, please submit our application!
