Gunnar belonged to a close neighbor for 6 years that died in early April. He is loyal, has a calm temperament, very gentle and sweet. He was wandering the mountains when we tried to take him into our home. Unfortunately, he & our male German, in tact, do not get along and we are concerned that we are not the right home. He would do best in a place with an enclosed yard (at least 4’ high fence) with someone retired, works from home or can take him to work. Given his owner died, he has some separation anxiety when prevented from being with someone. When he is, he patiently and loyally lays near by. He was so sweet with our two year old and let her kiss him goodnight and hug him but keeping two dogs separate isnt feasible or a fair living environment for either dog. He needs a forever home that doesn’t have a in tact male - though he historically has played well with our third dog (female Rottie) and neighbors small dogs.Will give 5mo of simparica trio and food bowl stand.
