If you are looking for a home companion, this is your girl! Heidi is a loyal, sweetheart dog. She loves to be by our side, chew an antler bone, alert us to cars coming down the lane, demand pets, and take naps. She has been around kids and other dogs. She is 8 years old and loves to run! She also has exceptional recall. She has decreased eyesight and a high prey drive. We are looking for a special home for our girl as we hate to give her up, but we've taken a turn to more farm animals and she does not do well with animals like bunnies and chickens. She likes car rides, but can be nervous out and about. As she approaches her golden years, Heidi would thrive in a calm home where she can get to know her routine.
