Adorable Knox is waiting for his forever home!Knox is a dachshund/small breed mix who was rescued from a hoarding situation. Knox likes adults but small children would be overwhelming for him. A home with older kids or just adults would suit him best. He is good with other dogs and is used to living with canine friends. Knox might initially bark at bigger dogs he doesn't know but then settles down. Cat compatibility is unknown.Knox is a great medium energy level. He'd like a yard but it's not a requirement for him; he walks nicely on leash. Knox really loves ropes, bones, and other toys. He has done fine when left loose alone for a few hours in his foster home as long as he has toys and chews to keep him busy.
