I adopted Kuma about 3 years ago as a senior dog. I noticed Kuma used to chew excessively but after completing dog training and giving daily walks and chew toys, Kuma stopped chewing. I got married last year and moved to a farm. Kuma joined an animal family of dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, etc. Kuma completely ignored the cats and rabbits. One year later, Kuma is still reactive to the bigger dogs, pigs and goats. He continually lunges and barks at the bigger animals. However, Kuma is SO LOVING with me, my new husband and our kids, and even people walking down the street. He LOVES going on walks and cuddling. Kuma knows how to use a doggie door and is housetrained. He does not like divided attention or loud noises. Kuma should go to a home where he will be the center of dog attention. He is fine with dogs smaller than him, cats, chickens and rabbits.
