Latte was rescued from a breeding situation. He's always been surrounded by other smaller dogs, so he often thinks he needs to be loud in order to be heard. Latte was full of mats when he arrive so we took as many off as we could, and while he tolerated it for a bit, after a while he would pull away. He is tolerant of grooming but does require frequent breaks. Like all Shih Tzu's Lattes a small dog with a big personality, he wants to be with people and is learning how to be a dog in the house. We will update when we learn more about him. Latte is a cute, small dog, and he's likely to get adopted fast. Apply today!
