Hi there! My name is Leia and I am at the shelter hoping to find a new home. I guess I had a home at some point, but somehow or the other I landed in a local neighborhood looking for food and shelter! A kind homeowner watched me for a few days and then decided to call Animal Control to pick me up. He knew that I could wait at the shelter for my family to claim me and be safe and out of the nasty weather! So here I sit! I was never claimed and now I am ready for adoption. I am a two-year-old terrier mix. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. I know if you meet me you won't be able to leave without me in your car!!
