Meet Mae, an 11-month-old female White Shepherd.Mae is a gorgeous young lady. She loves to get attention and is very snugly. She weights in at 48 pounds but would like to be your lap dog. Mae was brought in after being left in the country near some orchards. She was brought in by a concerned citizen that saw Mae almost get hit by a couple of trucks. Mae is still young and has a lot of puppy personality. This pet is available for adoption on 3/15/24 at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center. If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at 509-457-XXXX.If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been processed. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known.
