Meet Marlee, a 4-year-old female Shepherd mix.Marlee was brought to us with multiple other dogs after being seized as a part of an animal cruelty/neglect case. After being held for a mandatory period of time she is now available to adopt and start her new life! Marlee has been well behaved with the shelter staff. She loves to get out into the park and loves to get into the water.This pet is available for adoption on 5/22/24 at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center. If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at 509-457-XXXX.If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been processed. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known.
