Max is a 9 year old male dobie who found himself needing a new home when his owner developed Alzheimer's. He is very selective of other dogs so he would probably do best in a home as an only dog. And he has not met a cat but has chased after smaller dogs so might not care for them. Due to his size and temperament he would be best with older children as well. He can be a little nervous at first and unsure but once he warms up he is a silly guy who loves to play. He is pretty independent but does want to be in the same room as his people, just not always cuddling. He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.
