This is Mia! She is a 9 year old lab/terrier mix with a heart of gold. Mia’s greatest joy in life is derived from being around people. She embodies the quintessential “velcro-dog” stereotype; she will follow her owner everywhere so she never misses a thing. She loves cuddles, belly rubs, sleeping in the bed. Mia also feeds off of being physically active. She’s just as happy playing fetch until your arm gets tired, or going on a walk until you’re exhausted. It’s never Mia who quits, it’s always the human! When it’s time to settle down, she’s just as happy curling up and catching some zzz’s. Mia’s greatest challenge is her separation anxiety. She needs a strong leader who will be with her constantly and provide guidance. When the humans are away, she needs to be around another dog, as her greatest fear is being completely alone. Mia would love nothing more than a constant companion to love and adore. If you are interested in learning more we would be happy to answer all questions.
