- Loves sitting in the sun, being petted and spending time with his favorite people; can be uncertain at first and need some time to warm up, but once he feels comfortable with you he's a pretty sweet guy - Knows sit and shake- Seems interested in squeaky toys and may become more playful once he is in a home environment - Can be socially awkward with other dogs and tends to be a linebacker-type player, which some dogs may not appreciate; will likely do best with a select group of rough-and-tumble dog friends with a similar play style (dog intro recommended) - Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for him; will be happiest in a calm, mature home - Really gorgeous dog who will be a great friend for a calm, patient person who will give him time to settle in The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs.
