She was in rough shape when she showed up in a lady's yard in need of some love. Molly had her initial vet appointment and is now fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Unfortunately, she tested heartworm positive so she has begun heartworm treatment protocol and the remainder of a 12 month supply of meds will go home with her. She also had multiple mammary masses / tumors. X-rays showed that her organs were good and her blood work came back good. She had surgery to remove 4 clusters of masses, which thankfully were benign. The surgery was pretty invasive but she is now healed and ready to go to a new home. She is a good girl who would love to find a warm sofa or lap and to spend time with her humans, she's good with dogs and people, she pays little attention to the cats. She is doggie door house-trained and goes in and out on her own as needed. She sleeps in a crate at night just because of having so many dogs in the home, but after some of the other early morning risers have gone out for early potty break she comes back in and gets in the bed sometimes until the alarm goes off.
