Looks like: SchnauzerMale, 11 years old (estimated), 15 pounds Moose the Schnauzer is a Schnauzer lover's dream! This happy-go-lucky guy loves every person he meets and is friendly with dogs of all shapes and sizes. "Eager" might be a fitting middle name for him, as he is eager to be near his humans at all times, eager to go for walks and to smell anything there is to smell, eager to play, and uber-eager to cuddle up and get as much attention as he possibly can. While he is mostly mellow, he sports bursts of excitement now and then, jumping around and sometimes falling over as he is somewhat unsteady on his legs, but that doesn't stop him from having fun. Moose is an excellent co-pilot on car rides and he is also very well behaved when left home alone. His foster family reports that he is learning how to use the doggie door. This sweet boy is vision and hearing impaired and would prefer a calm and predictable household without stairs or obstacles. The home of his dreams would include a canine companion to play with, a couple of longer walks a day, and someone to cuddle him all the time. This well-rounded and loyal boy easily adjusts to new surroundings and new routines and he is very much looking forward to meeting his forever family. He has no known experience with children and cats. Handsome Moose came to us after Tracy Animal Services picked him up as a stray and reached out for help addressing his medical needs.
