Adorable young Neo is super serious in pictures but such a happy boy in person. This 16 month old pup is looking for a home that will appreciate a happy, rompy boy like him. Neo has plenty of energy, and a very good natured personality. Neo may be able live with other gently playful dogs like him, but they would have to meet first. He would do best with older kids, as he is still a young, strong guy who can't wait to learn more from his new home. We are unsure about cats, as Neo did come to the shelter without a background of living with them. Neo has snuggled his way into the hearts of WARL staff, now he is looking for a new start.
