Otis is an older dog who is in the winter of his life. He is house mates with six year old Niko. This is a sad situation for them. Otis is older, their person is fighting cancer and she's older and has to give them up. Otis is used to his person being home with him, he has a pal in Niko and they love their backyard and until recently, had their daily walks through the neighborhood. At no fault of his own, he's a eldery pup and needs the love, care and understanding and hopefully, a home with his housemate Niko who is active, healthy and has a long life still ahead of him. We are looking for a non smoking, loving home for him, or them, with a fenced backyard so they have the freedom to be off leash, wander around like they do. Like they love to do.
