Presley is a handsome young male (possible) Collie mix who was brought to the HSOV on May 21, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who found him at Civitan Park in Belpre Ohio. Presley was accompanied by another Collie mix (Cash) who is most likely his brother since there is a definite family resemblance. Neither of the boys were wearing a collar, and they were not microchipped. Presley has a black long-haired coat with a small patch of white on his lower chest, a long fluffy tail, and an adorable face with dark brown eyes, a black button nose on his slender muzzle, and large floppy ears which are fringed in wavy curls. Both Presley and Cash have a friendly disposition and loved attention during their photo session at closing time on May 21st. Thanks to HSOV Kennel Tech Aubrey Hall and HSOV Lead Canine Kennel Tech Jared Nash for assisting Presley and Cash for their intake photos shortly before they were settled into their kennels in time for their evening meal (and bedtime snack). Neither Presley nor Cash appear to have had any 'walking-on-a-leash' experience, so Aubrey and Jared provided 'carry-out' (and 'carry-in') service for them which the boys seemed to enjoy. Presley currently weighs 36.4 lbs. In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Presley and Cash will be held for three days so that their family will have an opportunity to reclaim them with proof of ownership.
