My name is River.... I am all smiles! I am the mama of Frio and Lupita who were just adopted. I am about 12 to 18 months. I was a young mama. I cared for my pups well and they are thriving. And, so am I! I am a 35ish lb adorable, playful and friendly Malamute mix. Yes, I am full grown! I almost look like a mini husky and could even have some Klee Kai in me! My foster mom says I am the best. I am easy to have around, not demanding, respectful and friendly. My temperament is awesome. I am great with other dogs and I love to romp. I am housebroken and I am respectful in the home. I absolutely do have some puppy in me and some puppy energy! I can be crated if needed when my people are gone. I would not be great in an apartment as I do have a little bit of that husky howl. I would love a fenced in yard (in addition to leash walking - well, I just want it all!) We are unsure about cats. ASCZ hasn't had a chance to see my interaction with them. However, we suspect I might just play but we can't be 100% sure. I am just fine with young kids. I have young kids in my foster home and I think they are pretty fun! There is no denying my smile and how cute I am!
