ROMEO is a 2 year old male, boxer mix. He adopted out as a puppy and was returned when his energy level was underestimated. ROMEO just loves life and everything in it! He is super excited to meet people. And if you look close, he's got a cute, little underbite. We put him through our Paws Behind Bars prison dog training program to help curb his enthusiasm a little. He has passed all basic obedience tests but he does it with a wag and a wiggle. He gets along great with other dogs. He will do best in an adult home with older children. He's not that big at 45 lbs but he might overpower smaller children. He would greatly benefit from a fenced yard. There is nothing like a game of fetch to burn off the energy. ROMEO's ADOPTION FEES ARE WAIVED! If interested in adopting, our process begins with submission of our application.
