Rowdy arrived with his brother Rainey when they were surrendered by their owner. She was not able to find them homes. They are 14 weeks old, both males and need full vetting. Their mom is a rat terrier and the father is uncertain, but maybe another kind of terrier. They will be available separately. They are learning leash walking. Both are very scared, but will warm up with some extra attention and love. Rowdy weights 18 lbs.
