Rye here! If you follow the world of Facebook, I was dumped with my kiddo's and partner at Crosswinds Marsh. My owner moved and left us behind. It's their loss and your gain because I am an AMAZING boy. I do well with other dogs (given the right intro). I love people and my favorite thing to do is to have you sit with me while I play in the yard. I have a habit of always needing to have a hard chew toy near me. My teeth definitely show some wear and tear from doing this but It's what helps keep me relaxed. I hope that you're interested enough to come out to visit me. I'm a simple guy who just wants to be loved.If you would like to meet me, please submit an application for me on our website https://www.friendsofmichigan.org/adoptable-dogs. I am neutered, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. My adoption fee is $250, which helps cover the cost of the medical care I have received.**Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It really depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.
