Meet Thelma! Thelma is a 1 to 2-year-old 57-pound Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Sheperd mix. Thelma is as sweet as she is beautiful. Thelma does great in a crate and on a leash. She is good with all children big and small and every dog she meets. Thelma's favorite thing to do is romp around with her doggy friends! She is very smart, eager to learn, and very treat motivated. Thelma had blood work at her recent vet visit. Interested in becoming a forever home for Thelma? We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
