This little lovebug is named Theodore. He kept getting passed over at the shelter because he would get so incredibly excited to see anyone outside his door - he just wanted to be with people so badly! That hasn't changed in his safe and loving foster home, except now he's learning that people won't always let him down and leave him. He's turning into quite the mischievous goofball! He loves playing tug-of-war, going on adventures with his big foster family, and playing and snuggling up with his foster siblings (and sometimes sitting on them). Theo is still a puppy and has a lot to learn, but he's one smart cookie and eager to please!
