Meet handsome Tonka! He arrived at the shelter as a lost boy on 5/2 and no one has come to reclaim him. Tonka is such an awesome boy, and the volunteers have enjoyed getting to know him! They describe him as friendly and smart. He knows several commands including sit, down, and stay. Tonka is approximately 4 years old, and he weighs 41 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Please come meet Tonka in run 88; his ID # is 657314. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-XXXX. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip. When you book an apt., it does not reserve a particular pet for you.
