Meet Trooper! He is truly a Trooper! This poor baby was hit by a car at 6 months old and after multiple opinions from multiple vets we knew we had to have his leg amputated. It hasn't phased him but it was a rough recovery for this active little guy. He knew the vet's office and staff as well as his foster mom and home for the first couple months! He is 100% healed, neutered, up to date on all shots, chipped, and ready for his FURever home. He is a border/aussie mix and therefore high energy. He runs like the wind and tries to herd all his foster brothers and sisters (some tolerate that better than others). He loves everyone and everything but has not been around cats. I think he would be fine with them once he learns but would need to be tested. Trooper is fostered in the Huntsville, AL area and anyone interested would need to bring their other fur-babies (if possible) to meet him to ensure everyone gets along and it is a good fit for all.
