Valentina is a 4 year old Doberman/mixed breed little lady who was found as a stray. We had gotten reports of a dog out in the country for many days that would not come near anyone but was obviously in trouble. She was hunkering down in a ditch to stay warm! Finally, on Valentine's Day, we went out to see if we could catch her. We guess she was pretty tired of running, because when she saw our bag of yummy food she jumped right into our volunteer's car! She did not take long to warm up and show us how grateful she was to be safe at last. She is a very sweet and affectionate dog. Our favorite thing about her is her adorable underbite!
