Winifred was an owner surrender who owner could not take care of her anymore. Winifred is super sweet and is always wagging her tag when meeting new friends. She is a bit shy but always accepts pets. She walks great on a leash and doesn't seem to mind other dogs. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
