Zorro lost his home because his owner is moving. That`s ok, because he had Zorro living in the backyard for the past 1 1/2 years. It is too hot in Florida for a dog to spend all their time outside. Zorro was bored and he would dig. This handsome fellow needs an adopter who is familiar with the Siberian husky breed and can spend time with him. Zorro very active and needs a family who is active too and take him on adventures. He is good with kids ages 9 and up, but will chase felines, so no kitties at home for this guy. A meet and greet is required if you have a dog at home since he can be picky about his dog friends. Zorro needs someone who will spend time with him and tire him out. A tired dog is a well-behaved dog. Huskies can be high maintenance breed – both from a behavior and exercise point of view as well as in terms of grooming.To meet Zorro or any other pet visit www.humanebroward.com and do the pre-adoption application. Then stop by the shelter located at 2070 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. The adoption kennels open daily at 11 a.m. and appointments are not necessary.
