Aiden was rescued from the streets of TX at a very young age. He was adopted and recently returned to SSR due to his puppy antics. Let’s face it… he’s a 9 month old energetic, playful pup. Aiden loves other dogs - big and small. He’s crazy about humans of any size. Aiden does get a little jumpy when he’s excited otherwise he is well mannered. This boy is crate trained too! He sleeps in his crate with the door open. Aidan is great in the house while his foster mom is at work. He currently weighs about 50 pounds. Aiden is a healthy boy and is up to date on vaccinations. He will be neutered on 11/8. In the mean time, he is patiently waiting for his forever family to find him! Could it be you? Once you have submitted your application, a volunteer with call your personal and veterinary references. Following references, SSR will send out a volunteer to conduct a home visit and meet any members of your household. We come to your home and further discuss the adoption process. The adoption application will let us know a little bit about you, your home, your lifestyle and what you are looking for in a companion. Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to fill out our application to adopt one of our dogs. Your application will either be accepted or denied after the volunteer submits a home visit report. ADOPTION FEESThere is a non-refundable application fee of $15.Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs aged 6 and under.Our adoption fee is $225 for dogs 7 and up.Shelter locationOnce we begin holding adoption events we will feature them on our website.
